Being a parent is difficult if you are lacking the tools which can bring happiness in the whole process. In today’s world, where parents need to manage their profession and family together, there’s no scope for happiness to come to you every single day, rather the best way to be happy is to create your happiness together every single minute. Spend time with each other and you will eventually find happiness at every corner.

Time management is really important when we talk about spending quality time along with your work. Make sure you spend your Sundays with your sundaes. Schedule your holidays in such a manner that you can relax and spend some quality time with your kids and family, family gatherings are also an excellent way to teach your kid socializing along with spending a good time with your extended family.

Stop pressurizing yourself first. It is okay for a few things to not work according to your needs, so stop putting your mental health at risk for anything. You see when you are angry or stressed, everyone around you can feel the negative energy as well. This is just not good for you or your child, so try to be a little extra positive whenever you feel low.

Do not forget that you are your child’s hero. Understand that you don’t have to be perfect but the one who would be imperfect in many manners but still embrace yourself so that your child can learn the same thing. If you are confidently taking your steps in the right direction, your child is learning the same thing. They look up to you as for them whatever you do, whatever you speak, whatever you teach is just right in every manner. So use your brain wisely.

Learn to create a loving space and to respect the private space as well. In this technologically advanced era, it is quite difficult to maintain the connectivity and the bond with the person sitting next to you, so try to search for small things that can keep both of you connected. For instance, share memes with each other and laugh out loud together.

You can also create habits for your child just by yourself doing the good work. You can also minimize your child’s bad habits by making them understand that their action is wrong and how can it affect them. Forcing a child will never help rather try to be friendly, humble and understanding. They are small and sensitive as well. Anything you say can remain in their brain for a long long time, so choose your words and actions accordingly.

 Appreciate their small efforts and encourage them to be good at anything they are trying to do. This might sound stupid but even if just smile looking into a kid’s eyes while he/she is feeling low or nervous, your gesture boosts up their confidence and thus helps them to run in the long race.
