Our Shipping Policy
A fixed shipping charge of INR 100 is applicable on all orders below INR 2000/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.
For orders equal to or above INR 2000 (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available at certain locations only. For other locations, additional shipping charges will be applicable. At these locations, in which additional charges are applicable, the INR 100 shipping charge will be added to the shipping charges for all orders below INR 2000 (with exclusions as above). These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by The Mum Shop at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the cart page as well as in the checkout flow.
Please note that The Mum Shop cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels after the carrier has delivered the parcel. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct address and contact details for successful delivery of the order.
Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Time During Pandemic:
During Covid-19 lockdown dispatch & delivery is subject to MHA and state government guidelines.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 5 to 10 business days of shipping. However, items weighing over 1 kilos or high volume may take 3-4 extra days to reach.
The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Product Description page, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be between 5-10 Days from the dispatch date and the shipping details will be sent on your registered email address.
The Mum Shop ensures to provide a satisfying customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, in some situations there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which The Mum Shop is not liable and would request its users to cooperate. The Dispatch time for Personalized, Customized or Made to order products may vary. Depending on the nature of product, these product may need 3-15 business days to be dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
The dispatch and delivery time varies for each product. Please refer the product description page for estimated dispatch & delivery time. The shipping cost varies for all products, depending on height, weight, volume of the products and various factors, and are solely decided by the seller.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.
For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 5-7 days while other destinations could take up to 8-10 days to reach.
While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, The Mum Shop cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays
or situations beyond our control.
Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
All products purchased on pre-order must be paid for in full at the time of order. You may cancel a pre-order for a partial refund prior to item being dispatched. The Cancellation Fees would apply
Items will be shipped within 3-4 Weeks of order date.
If an order combines in-stock and pre-ordered items, they will be shipped separately as availability permits.
We will offer an estimate on the delivery window, and will be in contact as each item becomes available for shipping.

Non-availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. It is the
customer’s responsibility to provide correct address and contact details for successful delivery of the order.
Refusal on Order Delivery
In case the product is not accepted upon arrival of your order, there will be an additional shipping charge applicable to resend the product depending on the weight and package dimensions of the order. The Mum Shop cannot be held responsible if the product is not accepted by the customer upon arrival.
To Return Product
To return your product, you should mail your product to your product seller address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Unless mentioned at the product description page.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
