Buying a product from The Mum Shop is easy:
- Use the Main menu dropdowns to filter the products category of your choice.
- As we have authentic social media shop, You can shop from our Instagram or Facebook account or if you know what you are looking for simply enter the product name in the search bar.
- Once you have found the product of your choice, you would like to buy, click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button beside the item.
- Review the items in your cart by clicking on the ‘CART’ icon on top of the page. You can use the ‘x’ to delete items you have previously chosen and don’t need them anymore.
- You can increase the quantity of a particular item in your cart by changing the number in the quantity box and clicking on ‘UPDATE’.
- Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

We make a consistent effort to provide accurate images of each product’s actual color and design. However, it may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, and other factors. The customer’s discretion is advised.
We understand your concern with the scam and duplication happening around the globe. However there are ways to check before you shop from a website.
Validate the Site with Google Safe Browser Transparency Report – the Google Safe Browsing Transparency Report allows you to paste a URL into a field, and it gives you a report on whether you can trust that website.
Review the Company’s Social Media Presence – If you see the social media icons on a website, see if they actually link to a social media channel and if they are maintaining their presence on their social media accounts, and are allowing their audience to post comments, as most of the scam websites do not keep this option open for their audience.
- Walk away if its too good to be true – if the website offers you unreasonably low price. Though it is a common practice for some retailers to provide big discounts on items, if you find a site that offers an unbelievable deal, then think twice before continuing. If it’s too good to be true, then it probably isn’t legit.
As an authorized online distributor for all our vendors, we guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from The Mum Shop.

My Orders
As soon as you place an order with us, an order confirmation email along with your order number is sent to your registered email address or to the email address you entered, while placing your order.
If for some reason, you did not receive an email, Please check your promotions/Junk/Spam mail folder.
To avoid missing on our emails, please move wecare@themumshop.in to your safe sender list.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed yet, we will make the change or cancel your order. However, if it has already been processed then we will not be able to make any further changes, especially since most of our products are custom made or personalized Products.
If you’re receiving an error message even after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.
You can also switch between the two renowned payment gateways, we are registered with.

If you did not request this cancelation, the reason for cancellation could be due to payment not being completed. We automatically cancel orders in case that we do not receive the payment. We automatically cancel orders in the case that we do not receive the payment and are unable to contact the customer for a period of 3 working days from the order date.
If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.
Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. The Mum Shop is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping agency.
Dispatch, Delivery & Shipping
We will not be able to change the shipping address after the Tracking details has been issued to you. This means that your order has been handed over to the shipping company and unfortunately, after the dispatch the shipping address cannot be changed.
We request you to ensure the address, Pincode and contact details entered by you is correct to avoid delays and any additional reshipping charges.
Since most of our products are custom-made or personalized products, the dispatch time varies.
The dispatch time of the particular product is mentioned on the product page.
Orders are not shipped on the weekends or public holidays.
You will receive emails notification once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. The Mum Shop is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping agency.
The standard delivery time is between 6-10 days. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
Return, Refund & Exchanges
Since most of our products are custom-made or personalized and we have created an item especially for you we do not allow exchanges or returns for any of our products falling under these two categories.
The Mum Shop has a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy across the website, due to change of mind or for order not accepted upon Arrival.

Following are the return guidelines:
- Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
- If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
- Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with The Mum Shop policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).

Following are the refund processing timelines after the item is received by The Mum Shop or the Seller notifies us of the receipt of the return:
Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 5-7 days after we receive and process your return.
If you’ve received your order in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on The Mum Shop.
The Mum Shop must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the goods to raise a return or exchange request.

Payment
Yes it is absolutely safe! At The Mum Shop your personal online security is extremely important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.
All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we also check and confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company to ensure your credit card is not used fraudulently.
We are registered with two renowned payment gateways and we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard Credit & Debit cards as well as online net banking, offline bank transfer, Paytm, Google Pay, Wallet, UPI and PayPal. The Mum Shop no longer accepts Cash on Delivery as a payment mode.
If you are receiving error messages, there could be a problem with your credit card information, that your bank holds. Mismatch of the billing address can be the reason for this issue. The billing address should match with the details that your bank holds for you. Please review all information closely and look for any typing error. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information. This usually solves the issue.
